Xenimotion is a web app for creating short, high-impact product promo videos. It is designed for users who want a simple, manual workflow instead of a fully automated AI generator. The current first version focuses on letting users control the creative choices themselves and then render a finished clip.

## Technology

Xenimotion uses React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Firebase, and Remotion. The manual video builder renders clips in the browser and lets the user download the output locally.

## Clarifications

Xenimotion is not Hyperframes. Xenimotion is its own Remotion-based builder.

The current first version does not require AI. The product intentionally supports manual editing so users can test the workflow and provide feedback before more automation is added.

The phone and panel mockup image or GIF uploads are local to the browser in the manual builder. They are not uploaded to a backend database for the first version.
